Carol A Schroeder

Carol A Schroeder (nee Stefka), 83, passed away Thursday, August 22 after a brief illness.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Jim; parents, Andrew, and Mary; her son, Jeffery; and grandson, Sean. She is survived by her children, Laurie Haas (Brian), Darlene Dale (Todd), and Bryan Schroeder (Kristine); grandchildren, Jennifer, Derrick, Jarred, Hannah, Alex, Owen and Maggie; nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; and her sister Dorothy.

Carol enjoyed crafting, working puzzles, gardening, and baking. She also enjoyed playing games with her children and grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the Reichlin Roberts Bollinger Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland Street, Elyria, on Monday, August 26 from 10:00 to 11:00 am, with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 am.. Burial will be at Saint Mary’s cemetery.
