Justin A Murray

Justin A. Murray, 45 of Elyria, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 13, 2025 following a short battle with cancer. He was an extremely hard worker who took great pride in never missing a day of work. He had worked at Environmental Growth Chambers in Chagrin Falls, and most recently at Adeptag (Agrinomix) in Oberlin as a Machine Builder and Field Wiring Associate. Justin had unwavering faith – a very strong Catholic faith and he was a proud member of St. Mary Parish. He loved family movie/game nights, trivia, and was an avid Cleveland Browns and Indians fan. He was extremely intelligent and could complete any kind of puzzle. He was a Ravenclaw at heart, loved history, and Thanksgiving. Justin could give the questions before the answers were given on Jeopardy and clear a Jeopardy board very quickly. Above all, he loved his wife and children, and will be greatly missed by them.

Justin is survived by his loving wife of eight years, Hannah (nee Folley); beloved children, Liam, Fiona, and Grady; dear mother, Linda DeMaeyer (Thomas); twin brothers, Nick and Chris Murray; step siblings, Tim DeMaeyer (Terri) and Laura Sheehy; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tiffany Elizabeth; father, Barry Murray; and his grandparents.

The family will receive friends at the Reichlin Roberts Bollinger Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland St., Elyria on Tuesday, February 18 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. The funeral Mass will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am at St. Mary Church, 320 Middle Ave., Elyria followed by the burial at Brookdale Cemetery.
