Sandra L. Conrad

Sandra L. Conrad (nee Steckler), 77 of Elyria, passed away on August 29, 2024 following a lengthy illness. She had been a member of the Antique Auto Club of America and the Beaver Park Yacht Club. Sandy was a graduate of Elyria High School and worked for Lorain Steel and Frobota Carpet. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, cross stitching, reading, antiques, and garage sales. Her greatest loves were her three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Sandy is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, Earl; son, Tim Burkhart; and her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Ann Steckler; daughter, Michelle Burkhart; and sister, Debbie Cutter.

The family will receive friends at the Reichlin Roberts Bollinger Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland St., Elyria on Wednesday, September 4 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm. Please meet at St. Jude Church, 590 Poplar Rd., Elyria on Thursday at noon for the Mass. Interment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
