Wayne J Whitman

Wayne J. Whitman “Weiner” 66, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024. He served in the US Army as a Specialist 4th Class while stationed in Germany. He loved motorcycles and traveling all over on them. Wayne had worked for Luxury Heating and Pioneer Heating and was a sheet metal worker with Local 33. He stayed friends with many of his Army buddies through the years and he will be missed by all his family and friends.

Wayne is survived by his siblings, Lawrence “Larry” (wife Gail), Bonnie Calendine, and Theodore “Ted” (wife Sherry); many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Brenda Basham and Matt Turski.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Lenore Whitman; and brothers, Paul and William Whitman.

The family will receive friends at the Reichlin Roberts Bollinger Funeral Home 327 Cleveland St., Elyria on Monday, October 28 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm, at which time the funeral service will be held, followed by the burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Elyria.
